How your logo is applied
Your logo is inlaid flush with the surface or raised by 0.6 mm, your choice, in 1 to 3 filament colours plus the body colour: 4 colours in total. It is part of the piece: it does not peel. A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI) gives the sharpest result.
From December 2026: full-colour logos, gradients included, UV printed on the same area.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum quantity?
25 pieces per item and per colour. For fewer, write to us: we quote case by case.
How long does it take?
The proof goes out within 24 working hours. Production time then depends on the item and your order: we state it on the quote.
Which logo files should I send?
Ideally a vector file (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS). A PNG on a transparent background works if it is large enough. Screenshots and low-resolution JPEGs do not.
Can you match our Pantone colours?
The logo is inlaid in a filament colour: we pick the shade closest to your brand guidelines, and the proof shows it before production.
Are the items dishwasher safe?
No: hand wash only for every item. Coasters are made in PETG, which handles a hot mug.
Are the prices shown final?
They are indicative prices excl. VAT. The final price is on the quote, after we review your logo.
