Technologies & equipment
The hardware, the software, the materials and the colours we actually run. Updated on every change to the fleet.
Printers
Hardware picked for print reliability, dimensional accuracy and fast iteration.

Slicing software
Our main slicer, in-house profiles, and pre-print quality control.
Print profiles calibrated in-house for the Bambu Lab P1S and the AMS multi-material system. OrcaSlicer as backup for the more exotic community profiles. Every part goes through a layer preview and a support check before we hit print.
Materials
All our filaments are sourced from Bambu Lab. Permanent stock for the most-used (PLA, PLA+, PETG); on-order for technical grades (typical +2-day lead time).
Cheap, easy, bio-sourced. For prototypes, decoration, study models.
Reinforced PLA. Tougher, ideal for semi-functional parts and matte finish.
Strong, impact and moisture resistant. Versatile for functional parts.
Heat and mechanical stress resistant. Enclosures, under-the-hood parts.
Like ABS, with better UV resistance. For lasting outdoor use.
Flexible, elastic, shock-absorbing. Gaskets, soles, sleeves, ergonomic prototypes.
Very wear- and friction-resistant. Gears, structural parts.
Ultra-rigid composite. Light structural parts, drones, frames.
Colours
Official Bambu Lab palette. Technical grades (ABS, ASA, TPU, composites) are mainly available in black, white and grey — other shades on request.

On-screen colours are indicative. For exact colour matching, we can print a chip before the final part.

Frequently asked
The questions we hear most often around technology and materials. If yours isn't here, drop us a line.
STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ. 3MF is preferred when available — it carries colours and print settings. For native CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino), send the source: we extract what's needed.
Two options: print it in sections we assemble cleanly (discreet seam), or sub-contract to a large-format FDM partner. We tell you the cost and lead-time delta before production.
Not in-house. For aluminium, steel or titanium (DMLS / SLM), we work with an identified partner. Same for SLS / MJF (high-precision sintered nylon). Add 5 to 10 days depending on tech.
±0.1 to ±0.2 mm on most properly oriented FDM parts. Sub-millimetre on resin. Accuracy depends on geometry and orientation — we validate critical constraints before printing.
Yes, up to 4 colours or materials in one print thanks to the P1S AMS system. Colour transitions are clean but use a bit more filament — that's factored into the quote.
