What we do
Calibrated production, traceable quality.
We print runs of 10 to 500 parts. Beyond that, we shift to SLS / MJF via partner subcontractors — clearly stated on the quote.
Each part is dimensionally checked before packaging. We provide a pre-series sample for validation before launching the full run — no nasty surprise on 200 parts.
Volume discount. Larger series allow us to optimize machine settings and unit material cost. We pass that on to the quote.

Frequently asked
What volume makes 3D worth it?
Up to about 200–500 parts depending on complexity, 3D stays cheaper than injection. Beyond that, injection becomes competitive if you have the tooling. We tell you straight if injection is more relevant.
Lead time for 100 parts?
Variable depending on size: 1 to 2 weeks for small FDM parts, 2 to 3 weeks for detailed resins. Quote with firm calendar.
Do you handle storage and split deliveries?
Yes for runs > 100 parts. We can store 3 to 6 months and deliver in batches matching your turnover. Storage fees transparent on the quote.
What if a part falls out of tolerance?
It's discarded, we reprint it. Part-by-part QC is included — no surcharge for quality.
