How to get your part printed

Describe your need
Send photos of the part, ideally next to a ruler, and its main dimensions. If you already have a 3D file, attach it.

Receive a quote
Within 24 business hours, with the modelling price if needed, the printing price and the lead time.

We model and print
For a part that has to fit, we may ask you to drop off the original by appointment in Lille so we can take exact measurements.

Pickup or delivery

Materials & limits
Choosing the right material
The material depends on how the part will be used. We choose it with you based on where it will live.
Heat
PLA softens from about 55 °C, as in a car in summer or near an oven. In those cases, we print in PETG or ASA.
Outdoors and moisture
For a part exposed to sun or rain, ASA resists UV and PETG resists water. PLA is kept for indoor use.
Food contact and safety
We do not guarantee prolonged food use of a printed part, and we turn down parts whose failure would be dangerous.

How much does a custom 3D-printed part cost in Lille?
A small, simple part starts at around fifteen euros, preparation fee included. If the part needs to be redrawn, modelling is added depending on complexity. The quote details both amounts before you commit.
I do not have a 3D file. Is that a problem?
No, that is the case for most of our private customers. We model the part from your photos and measurements, or from the original.
Will my replacement part be as strong as the original?
Often yes, sometimes stronger, because we can thicken weak areas. An original injection-moulded part in engineering plastic can however be tougher. We tell you which material suits best.
Where can I pick up my part in Lille?
Pickup is by appointment at our workshop in the Lille metro area. Delivery is included across the metro area, and shipping is available anywhere in France.
